We are looking to hire a dynamic and talented Payroll Analyst which would be supporting our clients in terms of day to day transactions in US accounting and Payroll department. Agility and flexibility is required as this may involve working in US timings.

Candidate would be responsible for managing Payroll for US based clients.
Reviewing, documenting current processes and preparing recommendations for management.
Managing and reviewing end to end payroll, Payroll processing, taxation, benefits deduction.
Managing payroll changes, preparing payroll inputs and working on payroll reports such as G2N, Variance, Pay slips, Company Cost Summary etc. and making salary payments on time.
Making statutory payments for the clients and completing year end activities.
Excellent knowledge on Garnishments, Tax Forms- W4, TD1 etc., Income taxes such as Federal, State & Local, Social taxes- Social & Medicare, RRSP, CPP, QPIP etc., FUTA, Retirement plans. Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly payroll, Statutory compliances.
Able to work in high pressure environment which may involve cross tagging to various teams and stakeholders.
Data oriented with ability to manage teams with performance metrics.
SOP creating and Process document formulation.
Ideal candidate would have 3+ yrs. of work experience in US Payroll.
Should have basic knowledge of general accounting principles.
Excellent grasp of MS excel particularly sum if, vlook up and pivot tables.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (MANDATORY) a zeal to perform and grow.
Energetic and the one with positive attitude.
Good convincing skills and is able to hold conversation
